The building has 3 floors which appear to be functionally divided into two axes that are cut into an oblique angle: In the basement they mark the division between the garage and the play zone; at the ground floor, between the service and the common areas; and in the first floor, between the principal bedroom and the rest of them. The gradient of the land, which falls from south to north, lets that at each floor there exists direct exits to the exterior. The level of access consists of the following spaces: the principal entrance, hall, courtesy bathroom, various living rooms, television room, lobby for the lift, principal dining room, an everyday sitting-dining room, service area (hallway, sitting room, two bedrooms with respective bathrooms), kitchen, pantry, clothes line and ironing room. From the ground floor there is an access to the first floor through the principal stairs which also communicate with the four guest bedrooms (each with respective bathrooms). These rooms are found at the right-wing of the residence and share a large living room with views through the garden. Additionally, there is another access to the first floor and to the basement through a lift which is invisible at first sight, because it is rounded by a cylinder of marble travertine that goes across the housing with a transversal axis. In the first floor, there is also a library which connects to a crystal footbridge from which it is possible to access to the principal bedroom that includes a hall, a dressing room, a bathroom and a studio. This principal bedroom communicates directly with the ground floor through secondary stairs. The basement is reserved as a leisure space in which there are music room, a painting area, gym, a large interior pool with a massage area, Turkish bath, hydro massage, wardrobes, a little bar, wine cellar, patio, garage and four installation rooms.
